  1. How are your pillows made?
    Each Mint Pillow is either hand silk-screened or individually printed on 100% PET poly canvas made from recycled water bottles or on Outdura canvas. All 16” x 16” pillows are filled with 100% quick-dry polyester fabric insert. All 22” x 22” pillows are filled with 100% polyester faux down. All of the inks we use are environmentally friendly. We’re extremely conscious of good national and international business practices – our pillows are made in small runs, by independent sewers. Each pillow is carefully inspected for quality, numbered and dated.
  2. Are your pillows for outdoor or indoor use?
    Both! Mint Pillows are unique in that they are beautiful pieces of modern art that are durable both outdoors and in. Many of our clientele are boat owners and are thrilled to find fresh, contemporary design in an outdoor, real life-friendly product.
  3. Is it ok to use my Mint Pillow by the pool?
    Absolutely. We call our pillows “life-friendly” for a reason. We hand-silkscreen or individually print our pillows on 100% recycled PET poly canvas or Outdura® canvas, which makes them moisture-, mildew- and fade-resistant with normal use and exposure to the elements. The proper care of your Mint Pillow will also help maintain its good looks and longevity.
  4. How do I take proper care of/clean my pillow?
    To clean your Mint Pillow, simply wipe with a soft, clean, damp cloth and air dry. Please note that Mint Pillows are NOT machine washable and should NEVER be dried in a dryer. Also, as with patio furniture, if your pillow is outdoors and not being used for an extended period, we recommend that you cover or store it.
  5. What does "Color Reference" mean in your product descriptions?
    Many of our customers are from the design community - or are very design-minded. We know how important getting the right color is to our customers, and so we've added Pantone TPX Home & Fashion color reference numbers to ensure your design palette is right the first time.

  7. How do I order a Mint Pillow?
    You may shop here online, call us directly at (877) 299-MINT or find a local retailer. Once you see and feel the product quality for yourself, we know you’ll be pleased!
  8. How do you ship your pillows?
    Mint Pillows uses both FedEx and UPS to ship our products. We will provide you with a confirmation and a shipping tracking number at the time of purchase.
  9. What is your return policy?
    Within 60 days of purchase, if your Mint Pillow does not meet with your expectations for any reason, please contact us at (877) 299-MINT or email us at customerservice@mintpillows.com for a full refund.

    The product will need to be returned to us in its packaging, along with its packing slip for a full exchange or refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We credit all refunds back via the original method of payment.

    Please note that Mint Pillows is not responsible for any items returned, lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you insure your package, and track-and-ship all returns via UPS or FedEx.

  10. What is your privacy policy?
    Here at Mint Pillows, we’re committed to your security. Your information is treated with the same security, consideration and courtesy we’d expect for our own information. We never rent, sell or use your information for any purpose other than our agreed transaction – unless you’ve told us it’s ok to do so.
  11. What about the ‘My Account’ settings – are they safe?
    Absolutely. The ‘My Account’ settings are there for your convenience. We consider security and privacy to be part of the excellent customer service experience we want you to enjoy here at Mint Pillows each and every time you shop.
  12. Can I recycle my Mint Pillow?
    Yes. Mint Pillow's has it's own Recycling Program. After you have thoroughly enjoyed your Mint Pillow, just remove the reusable fabric insert and mail the pillow cover back to us. We will recycle it for you and give you $10 towards your next Mint Pillow purchase.
  13. Does Mint Pillows support non-profit organizations?
    Yes, we do. Through our "1% For the Global Community" program, Mint Pillows donates 1% of our gross sales to environmental and social organizations locally and worldwide to help create a healthy planet and a more sustainable future for all her inhabitants.
